I have loved all of the books I have read so far by K。L。 Savage and Whistler is no exception。 Whistler is the VP of the Ruthless Hellhounds MC。 While repairing their new bar， he meets Charlie， a contractor who is secretly stuck in an abusive marriage。 As with all of her books， the two main characters are completely hot （especially together） with panty melting scenes and plenty of action to keep you enthralled。 5/5

KL always delivers with her emotion and intensity， and while I didn't connect with with book as much as others （which is no doubt due to what's going on in my personal life and no shame on these women in any way） it was still an enjoyable read。 Charlie rang so true as a battered woman， and seeing her growth made me so proud of her。 She went to having no hope at all to having the entire world at her feet， and as a hard-core feminist I was all here for that！！Whistler is a protector in every sense KL always delivers with her emotion and intensity， and while I didn't connect with with book as much as others （which is no doubt due to what's going on in my personal life and no shame on these women in any way） it was still an enjoyable read。 Charlie rang so true as a battered woman， and seeing her growth made me so proud of her。 She went to having no hope at all to having the entire world at her feet， and as a hard-core feminist I was all here for that！！Whistler is a protector in every sense of the word。 He protected his sister from a truly dangerous situation， which his baseball bat no less， （he slams it so fast and hard it gives off a Whistle， hence his road name） and the first time he sets his sights on Charlie， he knows she needs protecting in the worst of ways。 He immediately thinks of her as is， and there is no stopping his infatuation/love/obsession with her， and if anyone dares to get in his way， well let's just just his friendly baseball bat will get a workout。 😉 I truly loved getting to know Taylor too， and I certainty hope we will see her with a certain someone。 She has been in the same situation as Charlie， but instead of hardened by life， she's still hopeful that she can find the right kind of love， the one that doesn't hurt and instead empowers。 She grew tremendously too， and I just adore her so much。 I loved the relationship between her and Whistler （they are siblings） which made me love Whistler that much more。This is definitelya great addition to the Hellhounds series！ I would just give caution to those who have been in an abuse relationship before to get in a healthy mental state before reading！ **I received an ARC of this book and these are my honest opinions！** 。。。more

Whistler has always looked out for his sister Taylor who has a history of choosing the wrong guy so when he first sees Charlie he has a feeling all is not right with her and it soon it becomes more obvious especially when he saves her from making the biggest mistake of her life， her husband though has other ideas。Another fabulous unputdownable read， this series just gets bigger and better and I am ready for it all。Definitely recommend this and all the Ruthless。

I haven't read the first book in the series but it was easy to follow this story。 Whistler and Cupcake take you on a wild emotional journey。 ĐParts of the story are very raw due to Cupcake's history it certainly tugs on the heartstrings。 I will admit I formed a less than favourable impression of Whistler but how wrong I was。 Protective understanding with a soft spot that just needed the right woman to bring it out。 I always like when a woman who has been oppressed gets support and love that make I haven't read the first book in the series but it was easy to follow this story。 Whistler and Cupcake take you on a wild emotional journey。 ĐParts of the story are very raw due to Cupcake's history it certainly tugs on the heartstrings。 I will admit I formed a less than favourable impression of Whistler but how wrong I was。 Protective understanding with a soft spot that just needed the right woman to bring it out。 I always like when a woman who has been oppressed gets support and love that makes her realise her own worth and uses her new found confidence to fight back and that was how I saw Charlie/Cupcake。 There is plenty darker moments in the story which I need to really get immersed in an MC book， I enjoyed the other characters we meet in the book who like most MC's are a confusing dangerous but interesting group I want to know more about。 。。。more

Well， K。L。 Savage did it again by hitting a homerun with Whistler， the second book in the Ruthless Hellhounds series。 Whistler will make you laugh， cry， and cheer for the heroine as she takes back her life with the love and support of Whistler。 Just loved the interaction between Whistler and his Cupcake - definitely a must read！
